About Joe Willis
Joe Willis is the founder of Comprehensive Fitness Coaching and a retired US Army Military Police First Sergeant, specializing in leader development and resilience training. With over two decades of military experience, Joe transitioned into workforce development and has since dedicated his career to empowering leaders in diverse industries. His unique approach integrates the “fit for function, ready for life” philosophy, guiding clients to achieve balanced, fulfilling lives both at work and home.
In addition to his work with Comprehensive Fitness Coaching, Joe serves as the Deputy Executive Director for the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association (ILEETA) and is the Deputy Program Manager for Workforce Development with the US Navy. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and certified Leadership Challenge Facilitator, Joe combines his expertise in wellness, performance consulting, and instructional design to foster comprehensive fitness across all life domains.
