A connection to my own philosophy

This mission holds a special resonance for me, rooted in my own journey with the Army’s Comprehensive Soldier and Family Fitness (CSF2) model. As a former member of the military, I experienced firsthand the transformative power of the CSF2 program and the Master Resilience Training (MRT) that underpins it. These experiences shaped my personal philosophy: “I will relentlessly pursue a better self and inspire others to do the same.” It’s a philosophy that guides me in my role as a comprehensive fitness coach, driving me to empower others to embark on their own journey of self-discovery and holistic wellness.
