16-Hour Workshop

“Lack of communication” routinely tops the list of workplace concerns in every industry. The ROC workshop tackles this head-on by teaching participants how to communicate effectively, resolve real issues, and reduce triangulation, rumors, and gossip. Within the first 20 minutes, participants are actively engaged in meaningful conversations about their own workplace challenges.
