Group Coaching & Corporate Training

I work with businesses, public sector organizations, and community groups to deliver customized workshops and coaching programs. From Comprehensive Fitness to leadership development, succession management, communication, and resilience training, these sessions create lasting impact by equipping teams with skills that improve performance, collaboration, and well-being.

1:1 Coaching

For those who prefer individualized support, I offer personalized coaching in areas such as physical fitness, career and succession planning, and leadership development (including The Leadership Challenge®).
