The Adaptive Leader
The Adaptive Leader Workshop
16-Hour Supervisor Development Program
Top-performing employees are often promoted into leadership without the tools they need to succeed. The skills that earned the promotion are rarely the same skills required to lead, inspire, and develop others. The Adaptive Leader workshop prepares frontline supervisors and emerging leaders to confidently step into their roles, bridging the gap between technical expertise and effective leadership.
Now more than ever, organizations need adaptive and agile leaders. This interactive, four-session program introduces participants to the 8-Step Adaptive Leader Process and the 8 Dimensions of Adaptability, providing a structured path to develop leadership presence, communication skills, and performance management abilities.
