In it, I walk through Stephen Covey’s Circle of Concern vs. Circle of Influence—a framework that helps us pause and ask:
What’s actually within my control right now?
The answer? Your mindset, your actions, your decisions.
This tool has helped me and many of my clients navigate everything from relationship strain to fitness setbacks and health stress. It’s simple but powerful: refocus on what you can influence, and stop wasting energy on what you can’t.
As Viktor Frankl said:
“Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response.”
That space is where growth begins.
