Relentless: A Resilience Workshop
Relentless
Build Sustainable Capacity for Real Life
4-Hour Facilitator-Led Training
Life doesn’t get less demanding.
The question is whether we become more capable of meeting those demands.
Too often, people chase the illusion of work-life balance, believing that if they could just organize their schedule a little better, stress would disappear and everything would fall neatly into place. But life doesn’t work that way. Family, work, finances, health, relationships, and unexpected challenges constantly compete for our limited time, energy, and attention.
The answer is less about balance and more about capacity.
Relentless is an interactive workshop designed to help individuals and teams build sustainable capacity by strengthening the habits, systems, and mindsets that support long-term performance and well-being. Grounded in the Comprehensive Fitness framework, participants explore practical strategies across the physical, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, social, family, environmental, financial, and occupational domains of life.
This is not a stress management class.
It is a practical roadmap for becoming more resilient, more intentional, and better prepared for the realities of everyday life.
Come ready to reflect, move, and build a personalized strategy for the relentless pursuit of a better self.
